This page explains the shipping, cancellation, return, size exchange and warranty terms for Arctic Heat Cooling Vests, Cooling Caps, Neck Wraps, Neck Ties and other body cooling products purchased from arcticheatusa.com.
Order Cancellations
Orders placed through arcticheatusa.com may be cancelled within 24 hours for a full refund if the order has not yet left our distribution center.
If the order has already shipped, the standard return terms apply.
Returns
Arctic Heat USA accepts returns for eligible products purchased from arcticheatusa.com within 14 days of purchase.
Returned products must be unused, unaltered, unworn, unactivated and returned in the same condition they were received.
Products that have been activated in water cannot be returned unless they are defective.
For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on products that have been worn.
Approved refunds are credited to the original payment account, less a 25% shipping and restocking fee.
Proof of purchase is required. Please provide your order number when contacting us.
Before returning any Arctic Heat product, email us first to request a return authorization number. Returns sent without authorization may not be accepted.
Cooling Vest - Size Exchanges
Arctic Heat USA accepts eligible cooling vest size exchanges within 7 days of purchase.
The original cooling vest must be returned unused, unworn, unaltered and unactivated in water.
Size exchanges are not available for special orders or custom orders.
A maximum of two cooling vest exchanges per order is allowed.
To arrange a size exchange, please email us first so we can confirm the required size is available.
Customers must include a prepaid, addressed return postal bag, a copy of the original invoice and a note stating the size required. Once the original cooling vest is received and approved, the replacement size will be sent back in the prepaid postal bag provided.

Product Warranty
Arctic Heat USA provides a 90-day product warranty for manufacturer defects that affect the use or performance of the product.
After inspection, eligible defective products may be exchanged for an identical item.
The warranty does not cover misuse, incorrect use, accidental damage, normal wear and tear, or failure to follow product care instructions.
No warranty is provided on the plastic bag used to ship the cooling vest.
If the same item is no longer available, Arctic Heat USA may provide an exchange or store credit equal to the original purchase value.
Shipping
Orders placed through arcticheatusa.com normally ship within 72 hours unless a product is marked out of stock.
Orders are usually shipped by USPS Priority Mail or international postal service. Delivery times are normally 3 to 10 business days from dispatch, depending on the destination and carrier.
Available shipping options will be shown at checkout.
Once your order has shipped, delivery times may vary due to carrier handling, weather, customs processing or other delays outside our control.
International Shipping
International orders may be shipped by USPS International Express or another available international service.
International customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, VAT, taxes or import charges imposed by their country.
International delivery times may vary depending on customs processing and local postal handling in the destination country.
